Healthy Snacks for Toddlers: 15 Quick, Tasty and Nutritious Ideas

Your toddler always seems to be hungry: Right after breakfast, before dinner, or just when you finally sit down. “Can I have something to eat?” Of course, you want to offer something that’s good for them, but it also needs to be quick, easy and tasty.

In this blog, we’re sharing 15 healthy toddler snack ideas that are nutritious, quick to prepare and loved by little ones. Great for at home, on the go or at daycare.

1. Banana Pancakes

Mash a ripe banana, mix with one egg and a tablespoon of oats. Fry small pancakes. Ready in 10 minutes.

2. Cucumber Boats with Hummus

Slice a cucumber lengthwise, scoop out a bit, fill with hummus and top with grated carrot.

3. Whole Wheat Wraps with Cream Cheese and Avocado

15. Corn Cakes with Avocado

Spread mashed avocado on a corn cake. Add tomato or egg if you like.
